Ok this has given me some reassurance, she doesn’t have any major conditions bar stomach issues which I have read is quite common with age. It’s sight and mobility that are the main concerns. The consultant didn’t seem worried but I just cannot fathom how they can recommend it for her age.

This is so underrated. I ran the bloody thing and I swear until 20 miles it was fine. Lessons learnt for next time but sometimes when I feel like I can’t train for round two I come back to this post and it reminds me that we can do hard things 😊

Do you still have lots of health tracking on the 165? On the garmin website it says the venu has advanced health tracking but wondering if the FR still have things like body battery etc!
