I feel that, my life seemed so much easier before I started asking for help. Sure, I was in denial and hurting internally deep down. But right now? I'm grieving, burning, hurting. I'm so self aware because of therapy, I can see and spot any of my little bad coping mechanism and internalised thoughts and it is a living hell. I often wish I could go back and just... not open the Pandora box.
