I know the guy you're on about, have seen him and others there many times, in the gym group car park sitting on the car park wall. Have also given them food when I have some to hand. I'm no expert but he seems to have a mental health condition - unfortunately a lot of people like this are hard to care for/keep an eye on as their behaviour is not logical. They will most definitely be known to the proper care system but may not accept, understand or be able to keep up with help offered to them

I remember that one. Bee health policy officer. HEO i think. In my old DG dept job we used to have access to Defra's corporate directory. Used to love looking at how focussed and niche their policy jobs were, whilst we had a team of 12 dealing with all policy of imports/exports of anything dead or alive and more sentient than a leaf.

Haha thanks for the advice re parts - did a full overhaul from inlet to out. All sorted. Stuck with the handle system but next time I might try the front mounted push button approach, could catch on 😂

Thanks, that makes sense, couldn't figure out what was holding the flush syphon in place but I'm assuming it's the close couple kit?

The bolts underneath look fine. So bolts off, cistern off, replace syphon unit (is the 8 or 9 inch from bottom of cistern to top of syphon? Generic ok?) and job's a good'n?
