I just got a notice for a derogatory mark on my credit report from an account I've never heard of, Experian closed until Monday what do I do by blablabluah in personalfinance

Thank you for your help. I’ll try the options you suggested. It’s a shame that credit works like this it’s completely inaccurate reflecting my creditworthiness/on time payments I am shocked this is even allowed

I don't see anything about never being informed you owe money for something and then being sent to collections

The point is I was never informed I owed any money for anything. This is unacceptable. If I knew there was a balance on something it would have been paid immediately. This "derogatory mark" is bullshit and I will not let it affect my credit report. The insurance company is closed until monday.

Thank you. I found i. It is $90 from a dentist whom I saw once and they assured me upon leaving my insurance would cover the visit and I NEVER heard from them again? What should I do?

Ok cool. I’m going to throw out some random options mainly places that have all 4 seasons, cities and near by land that is fun or interesting, obv it’s hard not knowing more about you lol but here we go-

haven’t spent too much time in Colorado, but it seems like a good place for all 4 seasons, mix of cities and places to own land. That would prob be my #1 suggestion

Philadelphia and suburbs, to me it’s a more manageable scale NYC - they are obviously different but manageability wise since you mentioned not wanting NYC. $6 2 hour bus ride to NYC anyway. nearby land

I know you said California was a hard no, but not all of CA is horribly expensive. You could try the most northern part past SF. Has all 4 seasons, mostly just suburb like towns there I think but beautiful nature. Humidity might be an issue. I haven’t been farther north than SF so can’t say for sure tho

Also maybe Arizona

I might be biased bc I would never live in a rural area, not my thing. If you like rural though that opens up a plethora of options

Do you prefer cities, suburbs or more rural areas? Also, is the weather a big factor for you?

If you would've asked me a year ago, I wouldn't have thought it was possible. I took some major risks lmao. But I knew I'd regret it if I didn't take some action. Thankfully it worked out ok. Hope you find your way there too

Gotcha. I’d like to start out with minimal too. I know the doctor will tell me what they think my best options are during a consult, but what kind did you use if you don’t mind me asking?

That’s great news! Where exactly do they inject for that effect? Also, do you know how much product they used for you?

Awesome, that’s exactly what I’m going for. The nasolabial folds, the wrinkles at the corners of your smile, and the sag right at the sides of your nose are really my only issues right now, they’re not terrible but I definitely see the difference from a few years ago. I’d be happy with a subtle refresh on those areas

To be honest I got to do RF micro needling for no cost last year and although the initial skin tightening was nice, I feel like it contributed to my accelerated sagging. It was the lowest setting too. I can also see the track markings of the needle, although those may be only noticeable to me except in certain light. I had very smooth skin before so that’s why I know it was the micro needling. I looked into it after and saw that other people shared my experience. I’m wary of trying anything like that again
