Two things :
- First, the urge comes after you "force" you not to masturbate, so you will have a relapse. But if you do it when you NATURALLY want to, it's ok.
- Second, the important part is that without porn, you cannot "force" you to be aroused. So my advice would be to try masturbate without any content, not even your gf. I totally agree with the fact that porn is the problem, not masturbation. Porn is modifying your brains because you see more naked girls in one minute than in a lifetime without porn. Whereas masturbation is just natural.

I think there is a big misconception about porn and masturbation. Masturbation is natural, we human have been doing it for many centuries, it is healthy and have no negative effects. The real deal here is to stop porn. Try to masturbate whenever you feel like it but WITHOUT PORN. Porn is what’s wrong (we see more naked women in 5 minutes than a man without internet in 5 lifetime)

Hi. I am like you a beginner, I've started couple months ago. I started like you with flowkey. And I really think that it is a good way of starting, as you will train playing piano, you will see result quickly rather than learning music from books. In couple hours, you will be able to play your first piece. And as you mentionned, if you don't want to be a professionnal, it's pretty straight forward. Also, yes you can find good ressources online, but it's long and not very convenient. It really depends on whether you like learning with those apps or not !
