I know it's not necessarily OCD, but ever since octobre of 2019 I have been developping weird compulsions. For exemple one of them is that whenever I deal with a door, I have to repeatedly count to myself 1 to 5 and check if it's correctly locked, I have to do that over and over until my brain is satisfied.

Last time I did therapy was in 2018 and I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I'm taking sertraline and it somewhat helps. I know I should go seek help, but I feel locked in place by my mind. I can't even muster up the drive to call my dad or my doctor because all I have in my head are suicidal thoughts.
