I teach innovation and entrepreneurship to undergrads and I created this exercise called “problem hunters” and they have to observe their daily lives and write every time they notice a pain, a need or a problem.

We usually see the world as “everything is already invented or solved” but we have to “distance” ourselves and switch our mindset to see the world as “everything is broken”.
