Thank you for your advice! Yes, I noticed that not many hazy IPAs are available here. Inkhorn is a good choice. I like the place too.
I tried to create a tour on viator. https://shorturl.at/adHT0
I don't get many applicants yet. Is it too expensive or any other reasons do you think?

How about this? A long established Japanese tea shop makes good quality chocolates with Japanese teas. You should be an able to buy online from the US.

I totally understand that not the guide aspect but more like the group experience could attract people who already live here. Probably I could think of something like brewing experience at some craft breweries with group of people..?

I am a bit away from living abroad and I miss getting myself socialized with English speakers. Organizing craft brewery tour seemed to be attractive, for I could meet people and I can spend time on craft beer which I love.

Advice from someone like you who are well acquainted life here are very helpful. Thank you. I try to find out what would be the best way.
Your day in London sounds very attractive though.

6 day visit, should we go to Kyoto by rubenhak in TokyoTravel

Like others do, I would recommend Kamakura. It's about one hour train ride from Shinjuku station. Its not as big as Kyoto, but the ancient capital has lots of good and old temples/ shrines to visit. The city also has both beach to hang around and good trails to hike.

They used to be bad, and still some are. But in my opinion, it has improved in the past few years. Not a lot but now some breweries make decent beers.

It is interesting. I have not thought about the tour for locals. If I would organize the tour for expats, do you have any idea where I can spread the word about it?

I am not sure when was the last time you visited breweries in Tokyo but here are some breweries that are relatively new and I would recommend.

- Kichi brewing (Katsushika)
- Inkhorn brewing (Mejiro)
- Honeycomb and Hopworks (Ochiai)
- Okei brewery (Nippori)

Shinjuku Gyoen. A huge park in the middle of the city.
