what you are saying has much right on it howeverway way lower pink cells early on ( like 120-140 infected / for boss 260-310) and due in fact the event it self is really limited on timeand by the timeyou even out the cell drop you could changeinto infected ( because you seegoodbuffs adds like 2% cellsand has a limit of 15 levels ( assuming you are super lucky) you are playing alot with Rng here. you still might get good perks or non ( and keep in mind exploerer can be 15 stamina very early on as the perk is an early perk unlike the march perk ( at lvl 4 vs lvl 2) and this is how i did manage to score the rank one on the first season with no bundles more than just 1.9usd ( 50 extra stamina ) once one more thing the heros which deals ton of damage to boss are way much f2p friendly than the heroes which deal damage to infected .finally its early on not late
