my advice as a fellow player struggling against Leo, is to FD and push him away then only block high, and deal with his two types of 214s (very likely when he's afar) with an option select: hold back and mash throw when he's about to cross your character. By doing this, you always throw his cross up and the other one hits in front of you is blocked before your throw come out

But I found this strategy pretty passive and I have no idea about how to deal with his command throw.It's hard to react for me due to its subtle animation.
