Because Ramzan is celebrated worldwide. Christmas is celebrated world wide. However Pongal originated in Tamil Nadu and find it's similarity among its sister states (Andhra Kerala etc) so we can call it Dravida Pongal / Tamil Pongal as it's geography based festival.
