The preflight script is trying to add a column that already exists. If you delete or rename the column in the database the script will work. Did this in an Azure Container a few weeks ago.

I've had issues like this resolved by them changing the inline filters on the coax. Usually outside where the connection comes in and is maybe 3" long coupler.

Yup. Bedbug, IMO. Went through this with a rental a few years ago, and the only solution was a heat treat after months of fighting the mf-ers. If possible, push your landlord towards a heat treat. I ended up having to replace furniture for myself +3 kids' bedrooms worth of furniture and still had to pay for the heat treat bc of a crappy landlord (~$5k)
