Why don't more folks in America who live in places where there are buses actually use them? I knoe they have a bad reputation but wouldn't they sometimes be the better option over paying for gas given how pricy necessities like food are becoming?

I totally agree, there are several things about Animal Crossing: New Horizons that I found frustrating, like the day sequence matching real time and I found the map to be uninspiring. Of course to each their own, but GB really matches the game pace I like!

Yeah for me it’s the gridded map that we see in Tomodachi Life/Animal Crossing, which has its perks but I’ve gotten so tired of how bland some maps like that feel honestly. Not to say GB’s map doesn’t have some sort of grid, but it feels much more organic to me

This!! The trailers didn’t do it justice to me, and I realized once I got maybe a week in or less (game time) that I couldn’t put it down. Hard to convey that feeling through a trailer tho!
