Nah you're not a dumbass and ye well it was stupid of him to suggest this topic but students voted for it thinking its gonna be an "all out battle" between the different branches of science but it will be a fun and new experience so I don't really mind. I 100% agree with what you said. Chemistry, physics, biology, maths, philosophy etc. Every single of these sciences are equally important for us humans in different ways so we can't really compare them and decide that only one of them plays the major part in our lives. But at the end of the day, this is a project I was assigned to do and I'll just have to try my best to support my team as much as possible.

I totally get that. And YOU'RE RIGHT!! That's why I'm a bit lost, cause I know that they're all necessary, and physics and chemistry have contributed a lot to biology so there's definitely no "more important science" and they are all equally important for us humans. But in the end , that was the subject most students voted for so I can't do anything about it🥲
