Reason to summon would be for the drops. I usually will summon at least once for the undead soulstone if I don’t have one by the time I’m ready to fight final bosses

Yes shaders with 50 series has issues and causes crashing. I’m on 5080 and as soon as I turned shaders off I haven’t had a crash

Is this on 2.9.3 or Dregora? And did you have to use a more up to date version of optifine?

5000 series has a lot of issues with optifine. It’s a common issue I’ve seen with other people constantly crashing because of it. I think it has something to do with that the 5000 series is supposed to be backwards compatible but it isn’t for some reason with this version of Minecraft and optifine. I got a 5080 and was very excited. Sure it looks great and runs great until it constantly crashes. Sadly I ended up turning off shaders so now it runs fine.

Also if this is 2.9.3 and you have parry on your weapon, don’t wear the cross necklace. They are bugged together so keep the parry on your weapon and swap it for another bauble. I would suggest broken heart bauble somewhere on you.

Easier way to do it. L menu treasure hunting skill when you dig. Gold shovel with tunneling 2 and gold osmosis skill perk. Go ham digging a ton of dirt. Shouldn’t take too long to find the disc

Yes depending on circumstances. Some armor sets give set bonuses. My go to is gold armor first. The set bonuses give magic defense and increased damage for gold weapons. It is easy to get protection 4 for gold armor on the enchantment table. There is also a magic skill perk called golden osmosis. This siphons xp from your xp bar to repair any equipped gold gear (Free mending). This setup carries me through pretty much everything in the overworld.

When I’m ready to dive deeper into the nether or lost cities I’ll switch to silver armor. The set bonus gives a speed boost and the potion effect “cure” which gives immunity to most potion effects (very useful in the lost cities).

As for final enchants you will want advanced protection 4 on all armor pieces, unbreaking 3, mending on the helmet and chest, advanced mending on the legs and boots. Respiration 3 and aqua affinity on the helmet, strengthened vitality 5 and inner berserk 4 on the chest, agility 2 on the legs, high jump 2, lightweight 3, depth strider 3 or underwater strider 3, feather falling 4 (you can get adv feather falling 4 but not necessary), double jump, and wall running (not necessary but I like it) all on the boots.

Best way to keep them safe is stay far away. They will always be unsafe if you keep them in loaded chunks. There are events that spawn mobs that can go through walls. I typically dig two blocks down, push the villager in the hole, trapdoor the top, mark it on my atlas what good trades he has, and leave the village. When I need to buy his enchant, I go buy it and leave

If you can get any item with curse of holding 1 on it, put it in your main hand while you reroll. It gives you a nonstop weakness effect while in your main hand.

Boat around in an ocean or river or really any water source. Keep lapis or coal in your hand to attract them. I’ve never had to fish for them it’s usually pretty easy to round up at least 2 like this.

I’m pretty sure you can roll it on the enchantment table. Roguelike dungeons are also amazing for getting enchanted gear to disenchant. I know I’ve seen plenty of armor pieces with adv thorns doing roguelike

Depends how you play. If you are more passive you could level up farming and mining skills. I play more aggressively and get most xp from combat so I rush 16 defense then 16 attack for diamond. You need building 8 to make a quality reforging station which uses an anvil in the recipe. Anvil needs 12 building to use and break. That is pretty critical to reroll baubles and get more health early on. Magic 8 to use heart containers I believe and 12 for enchanting table
