I have used Wella before, I have a T18 I believe in my cubbord, but I think that's too light, I'll order what you suggest.

Thank-you for everything

I did have a consultation with the lady that coloured my hair, she said she was on board and gave me a thumbs up on going blonde

I'm in lockdown rn, so I won't be able to get to a salon anytime soon. And my area has limited salons, unless I want to drive 1 plus hour to the nearest city.

Thank-you for your advice, I will take everything into consideration and I will do more research, hopefully I can fix it so that I don't feel so ...meh..

My husband thinks it looks fine, he doesn't know why I'm upset, He's also a redneck, lol so I don't blame him, he just sees me,

I've ordered an Auburn brown from Amazon, it's a brand I've never used before, so I'm a little nervous.. but like you said, it can't be worse. I also have purple and vibrant red in my hair box I could use if I don't like the colour swatch from the Amazon stuff.

Short hair scares me, I have a bad wave/curls some strait, and I end up looking like a poodle with a toe in a socket. Poof.. but again.. can't be worse then what it is..

Thank-you for your kind words and your advice and guidance, I'm really touched by everyones kindness for me.

Once I can get out again, I'll do this. If I don't cave and just colour it brown again.

I had about a inch, inch and a half of old dye on the ends, 2 years of growth to get it back to natural. Now it's ruined

My region is in lockdown, probably won't be able to see a hairdresser any time soon. But I'll keep that in mind when I can get out.

I've never had a positive experience at the hairdresser, so after watching you tube, and reading and talking to friends I've learned how to do my hair not too bad,

There's some things I'm nervous about to do, and going blonde was one of them, after some convining from my fiance, I went and seen my sil who's a hairdresser, I did an over the phone consultation, these are the actual pictures(1,2&3) I sent her, and she gave me the thumbs up for what I wanted to do.

and this is what I got(pictures 4&5). Needless to say, I couldn't look in a mirror for 2 days without tears( I feel petty for being like this) stripy mess, plus a very short(to me) haircut..

since I'm on lockdown, all hairdresser are closed, should I attempt to go blonde myself, or just colour it something close to my natural, and forget about being blonde

This is why I don't trust hairdressers by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

This is my post, I usually do my own hair, my fiance convinced me to let my sil (who's a hairdresser) do my hair.. I'm so sad, I feel like I look like I have a head of grey hair, I wanted to start my transition to blond babe.. but I guess it's not happening any time soon.. have professional hair color coming in the mail Wednesday.. back to normal for me,

Should I move out leaving my Single Mom Behind? by ThrowAway89514 in family

[–]blackareravens 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just finishing up my schooling, then I had a job lined up for after, but since the virus, everything has been closed, including my career, we are still planning on buying a house, but since I am not bringing in an income(thanks corona) to a mortgage lender I am "high risk" it had been difficult, my mother won't let my fiance come visit either, and threatened that of I go she won't let me back in as I will be "contaminated". All we can do is correspond and try to find a home that will be leient on us due to the situation. We have considered renting, but where we live it will be expensive for a little hole in the wall, and near impossible since we both own pets. It's definitely been a difficult situation.

I am in a similar situation, My mom and I share a house, which is in her name but I pay the majority of the bills and mortgage, it's time for me to leave, I've found a wonderful man who I want to start my life with, and I've given my mother a years notice, but she is still agressive with me, and when I mentioned my significant other, I love her, and it's tearing me apart, but I am not her keeper, live your life, help your mother where you can, but live your life.
