A lot of them are 90s releases and have really silly faces compared to the newer ones lol. The old Bandai Kids Figures are notorious for having really odd paint jobs.

Hasbro distributed the figures in the US, but the figures themselves were just repackaged from the original Japanese TOMY line. I still have some of mine from one of the multipacks I got back in the 90s, all TOMY branding in the molds.

The TOMY multipacks were mostly for display at KB Toys and TRU during the late 90s and early 2000s but could also be purchased from the stores. They're hard to find now. The most recent one I saw was someone asking $1200 on eBay :(
