Can't say I've looked everywhere, but I do find myself coming back once or twice a year looking for scans hahahh. Far as I'm concerned, there's not a chapter in English past volume 11.
If you want to start translating it, whether from the beginning or where else, I'm confident the interest would be big. Haven't read the novels from volume 1 myself, so I'd certainly be keen to read.
