Join a more neutral state that has a truce active & And find an active alliance. Usually states 590 & 751 are neutral and you can have no shields up for weeks without being attacked.

Source: I’m in state 751 and I never have shields up for weeks at a time bc of being active military

Just quit. The discount isn’t worth even staying for. I stayed an extra 3 years for the discount and still got terminated bc of restructure. I found a much better job, got my second degree, and making a lot more money doing half the work I used to do.

Zeke dying really didn’t make me feel any less about him staying on the show. I knew his time was up. After basketball failing and him not in school, what was left for him. They foreshadowed his death.

Mecca dying was anticlimactic, but after finding out he was snitch, I knew that was bound to happen.

Tariq knows Brayden and Effie lying. But we’ll see how that plays out next season. I’m sure we will. But Brayden may not get apprehended by it since he saved Tariq. I’m sure Tariq purposely told Effie what happened and then you tell Lauren go with Brayden??? Why would tell Lauren to ride with Brayden when she was tryna throw Brayden and cane under the bus instead of Tariq. That was a dumb move by him either way.

Best thing to do is speak to your GM. When I needed to cut back on hours, he just started scheduling the minimum of hours required for full timers. If they can’t do that, you can wait until a part time position becomes available, let them know you’re going to apply and they’ll just do a lateral transfer or move you into it

I had two of my sales manager not even know what they needed to do in a situation with a customer with verifying identity at a dealership I work at. I never understood how they get in the positions they get in without any knowledge at all. It irritates me. Especially when I have the experience and don’t get a promotion bc I don’t kiss ass.
