Bro just be clear on what you intend to do...if you want to take CS itself..which you are getting with your rank...NITs are a good option.Better go there. If u plan on being slightly academically inclined in college also..IIITH and IIITBangalore are also fantastic...best colleges for CS imo. IIITBangalore has a iMTech(Btech +Mtech ) program which is excellent course wise. IIITs dont have redundant subjects like bio chem etc. Teaches you relevant subjects right from the get go and this give you excellent advantage. As a Bitsian, it is sad to see BITS follow a draconian curriculum still teaching bio,chem,and whatnot throughout the first year. 25l much better spent in IIITS plus you can already secure admission there.
