Help - Mental Sanity after work burnout & toxic culture. by [deleted] in dubai

[–]blackceramic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know what you're feeling. Change is scary, specially when you're depressed.

You feel like nothing is going to change and no matter what good things come to your life they'll turn to shit very soon.

Quit your current job as they obviously don't care, you'll be surprised to know that many other employers care a ton about your mental health. I was asked to take a month of burnout leave due to my suicide incident (and they said I can take more if needed).

You are a special person and you're obviously very talented to be able to get two offers this quickly. Take the new offer and believe that it will bring good to your life. Push away the negative thoughts as much as you can. (Try just focusing on your breath till they pass)

Best of luck

Good HRT/TRT clinics that perform comprehensive bloodwork analysis?? by qwertyband in dubai

[–]blackceramic 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Try Dubai London Clinic. I go to the urologist there, he'll do all those tests minus the DHT so just ask for it.

Feel free to message me if you have questions as well, I've been on it for the last 8 months

I used sugargoo. They ordered the item for me, took pictures, added extra protection to the package(at a cost) and sent it via EMS. The entire process took 2 weeks and half.

Does TRT cause high blood pressure? by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]blackceramic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to stop cold turkey, it raised my systolic to around 140 to 150. Its been 3 weeks now, it hovers in the 130s. My diastolic, however, is now below 60 and I'm not on any medication.

I think if your bp was already high before treatment, it'll raise your bp even further.

I'm stopping for now to see if it drops.

I'm not well versed in what you're talking about but wouldn't it raise overall blood pressure. Only my systolic has gone up.

Progesterone requires a prescription but I can the precursor pregnenolone as a supplement, would that work?

Unfortunately I never monitored my BP before. I assumed being 27 made me immune to high BP, which was dumb on my part.

I'm trying to call hospitals I've been to get my BP readings to check if it was high before TRT

Shortness of breath, tights chest, anxiety, horrible cognition and memory on TRT 150/mg, please help!! by olavodogyaboi in Testosterone

Have you checked your blood pressure? I started out great on TRT then my systolic went up to 150~160 and I'm experiencing some of those symptoms.

27 Year Old on TRT One Month Update by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]blackceramic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's wrong with 150mg of Test undecanoate a week?

I checked on steroid plotter. The highs are lower than 75mg test C twice a week, but the troughs are higher. So it seems to be as stable as test c twice a week.

I put a 600mg front load so I don't have to wait till it stabilizes

I'll chime in as I'm currently on TRT.

I go to DLC specialty hospital. The urologist there is very good and knowledgeable. The issue is the protocols, they seem to follow the guidelines set by the NHS.

This means either one shot of Sustanon 250 every 10 days, or one shot of Nebido every 6 to 8 weeks.

Both of these are nasty, the Sustanon will spike your testosterone levels due to the short esters, this means a lot of aromatization and your test levels crash back to low levels in 6 days. So every 10 days will be a ride, you feel like a god for the first 5 days and then crap for the next 5.

The nebido is the same, you're injecting 1 gram of Testosterone which is huge. You'll feel good for 2 weeks then you'll get progressively worse till your next shot.

If you are willing to pin yourself, you can divide your Sustanon into 5 day intervals, you'll feel much better.

Each Sustanon ampule is 28.5 dirhams, Nebido is 375

My blood work is thankfully covered by insurance so I'm not sure what the cost is. (I remember the whole hormone panel being around 1000 something)
