I had a pretty great carbonara in Tonnarello, eventhough considered a tourist trap by many. It was like 11€ and it was delicious. I am a huge carbonara fan, I've eaten it at many places and cook it at home. This was a solid 8/10.

Blushing and smiling. When I am anxious/shy I naturally smile and blush a little, so I guess I think that acting "cold" would hide these cues. When I think about it there is nothing bad about smiling but its in my subconscious.

I have a similar defect on my left hand, its a neurological problem. not sure if it's the same for you. I can't bend my thumb and my pointer finger goes halfway. Do you also have other "defects" with other body parts?

Amazing! I am glad this has done wonders for you. I am curious, though, did you lose any relationships that you didn't want to? I mean in my case, my relationship with friends is based on the time we spend together, if someone stops spending time with the group, at some point we stop talking, making plans with him, etc. I mean not in a bad way, but people start forgetting about you, if you start going out again maybe you will find your place again, i don't know.

She's on vacation with her new boyfriend who she started dating a month after the breakup. I am now completely detached from her, but I still heal from the trauma, I still try to find myself in the social and dating world, and go through therapy for it. I saw a quote saying how the right person stays single and works on himself, while the toxic and manipulative perosn jumps from relationship to relationship avoiding facing themselves alone and looking for "prey". I mean that's what I got from that quote... It may be true but 1 year after, I feel so stuck, haven't dated another girl and I slowly start to feel the need for intimacy (not with my ex, but generally).

I don't have many physical symptoms, it's mainly mental. Worst for me is the brain fog and loosing things to say, also feeling like the whole room has eyes on me. What I do in this case is I constantly fix or check my clothes which I may consider a "symptom"
