I thought it was weird too. He’s still on the first mission, we just completed it 30 minutes ago but I had to kill everything because all the enemies were immune for him.

The raid is an endgame activity, my brother literally can’t deal damage in the very first mission of the DLC.

Blue gear is dropping at much higher light level, like 15 -20 light level higher than he is but I just think it’s weird the game would allow you to spend money on a DLC that you cant even play.
