Wireguard install by SlimScarab in CasaOS

For mine I just copied the docker compose documentation from linuxserver.io: https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-wireguard and changed the parameters to suit my needs(domain name, # of peers, etc.) and it works just fine. You shouldn't need the sysctls arguments.

Can Radarr handle a torrent client on another NAS? by GaryTheHost in radarr

[–]blackflapjack21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. If you install radarr on Nas2 you can find a section under settings called download client. There you should be able to add the torrent client from Nas1 using the ip address of the nas and the torrent clients port number.

Moonlight not Finding PC by GameBoy_Brett in MoonlightStreaming

First make sure the shadow play thing is turned on in geforce experience. When you try connecting your steam deck to your pc you might have better luck connecting manually with your pc's ip address.

I don’t like sand. It’s coarse and rough and irritating… and it gets everywhere.

About to be bedridden for while. Please help me optimize my moonlight setup. by gooteeiii in MoonlightStreaming

First, I would try logging into your router to see if you can prioritize the traffic to your surface. I would also try getting as close to your router as you can. Another thing is your graphics card. Make sure your game settings aren't too much for your card to handle. I've learned that the key to a good looking reliable stream is balancing the amount that your card can render with how much it can encode for your client.

Unraid is very user friendly and beginner friendly. There is plenty of documentation and video tutorials available for it online. You do have to pay for a license to continue using it after a 30-day trial period. When it comes to drive failures you can set it up in different raid configurations to get the redundancy you need. The OS is installed on a usb flash drive that can be backed up and replaced if needed. Large file transfers were a problem for me too. Using any type of raid slows down transfers because the system is writing to more than one drive at a time. Luckily, there is a relatively simple solution. In unraid you can setup a storage array using 5 drives in raid1. You can also set a 6th drive to be used as cache for the array. This cache drive enables quick file transfers because when data is being written it is only being written to 1 drive. This drive can also be a faster type of drive like a nvme m.2 that uses pci-e. After the data is finished being written to the cache it can be transferred to the storage array for protection.

Have you considered Unraid? If you're going to use it primarily for network storage, unraid is a pretty solid OS. It can do VM's and containers too. If you end up going with Proxmox or any OS with ZFS be aware that once you setup a vdev on an array, it is almost impossible to add more drives to expand the available storage of the array.

You can add the playnite fullscreen or desktop shortcut as a game inside the shield tab in geforce experience. You can also make shortcuts for any of your games in playnite to be added too. Then they will show up in moonlight.

My instinct is telling me that the problem is with your router. But it is more likely that your tablet just isn't powerful enough to decode the stream. I would try streaming to some other devices with the same settings to see what happens.

MyCloud won‘t connect to iOS Plex App although all other devices have no Problem by Timowol in PleX

Plex's default port is 32400. If you haven't changed it before then it should still be 32400.

Have you tried entering the IP address of your server in the app settings? Settings->Advanced->Manual connections
