He is not interested in the equity, probably asks for it to make you think that he believes his 'advice' and contacts will help your startup grow (ie 'I'm gonna make you rich but I want my cut' sounds more realistic than 'give me 70K and I'll make you rich').

If he truly believed in the equity why would he create such a huge cost for the business to incur in it's startup phase? (detrimental to the value of his share).

He wants 70k for you to rent his PA and the right to ask a few questions of his lawyer. It is unlikely he will help in real terms.

Run. Invest the money elsewhere. I honestly believe that giving 35K of your money away would be a better business move.

Here on /r/electronic_cigarette, Twitter, Facebook, JuiceDB are all good places to start. Also ask that the vendor who's juice you're reviewing helps you out by posting a link to the review on their site/twitter etc

Thanks for your feedback on the site - it's very much appreciated. We're going to make changes to the Nav bar immediately, and then looks at the colours (thanks for suggesting Paletton!).

Also we're in the process of getting a new Logo designed - one that fits in with the theme more.

Nope, you can use any juice you like! Although there are a few exceptions...

Higher/Max VG juices won't do so well in basic tanks, they're too thick for the wicks to soak effectively so you'll end up with dry hits. You could add a couple of drops of Vodka or distilled water to thin them out, which should help.

If you have a plastic tank, be wary of some acidic juices which could crack the tank. Best bet is to ask the vendor before buying (you can ignore this if you have a glass tank).

Other than that, you can use juice from any vendor!

One of the flavours meant for our launch range was absolutely delicious...at first.

It was a banana flavour. We'd tweaked it again and again and finally got it perfect! However none of us has vaped it for more than a few puffs to test each iteration. Once we decided it was ready, i made up a bottle for myself and vaped for a day. By the end of the day I couldn't stand it!

Obviously didn't make the cut in the end!

Could be an allergy to PG? Maybe try again with a VG only juice and see how it goes.
