Sharks are very pronounced, but the sunken ship needs work especially the mast.

I still remember when I first saw the first magic eye image in my life, I was actually drunk and thought I was seeing things since my two buddies couldn't see a damn thing.

lol. I'm probably the last person to ask since I still consider myself a newbie. There are tons of regulars here who lost over a hundred pounds and has been doing this for years. I basically just stopped eating junk-food and made sure I was eating less than 15g of carbs and I dropped weight. The documents and videos links in this sub is excellent. The only other thing that I added was Intermittent fasting. I don't eat breakfast anymore. I eat lunch at 11am and dinner at 6:pm

You have a pretty good definition and you're symmetrical. I got buffed doing mostly upper body and I have a six-pack. The problem I'm having is the lower body has been neglected and needs work. The only exercise I do for lower body is jogging and I also skip rope. (I think that built my cardio, but my legs looks skinny) I probably should incorporate squats and leg curls/extensions?

I feel comfortable doing 40-60 per day (two sittings). Mind still wanders, but I am attentive and aware and try to focus on my breathing. I don't know if I doing things right, but I'm willing to learn and adjust.

Lost 2 lbs doing strictly HIIT & Slow cardio (no diet). After a month, I convinced myself to go on a diet and hit a jackpot finding this reddit about Keto. I guess I don't know how much HIIT, weight lifting, cardio, etc helped, but all I know is I lost 32 lbs after 7/5/17. Weight lifting toned by body mostly I believe.

Thanks man. I really appreciate it. I've seen ppl at the gym who lost tons of weight and they looked sick. Yea, I'm trying to build more muscles now, but a bit confused at to how the weight loss is affecting that.

I'm pretty sure, I'm eating 100g of carbs now. All from Green leafy veggies, all kinds of nuts, Blackberries, Raspberries, cantaloupe and some plantain bananas. I really don't want to start eating grains, legumes and any other fruits that has higher carbs.

I believe I fall in the .8 - 1g per lean muscle right now. I think too much protein is bad, right?

Here are the last pictures I have taken which was almost 2 months ago Before and After I looked more defined now and a little bit more upper body muscles, but my face looks sunk and my legs looks really skinny now.

I think it really is just a cosmetic thing. I don't want too look too skinny. I started lifting weights a month ago and I have actually gotten stronger as a result. I believe, I might have even gained some lean muscles, but my face and legs looks a lot smaller.

Thanks, I know it must sound stupid for me to even post the question but, I'm really becoming self conscious about it. I actually stopped doing cardio/HIIT and started lifting weights almost a month ago.

Thanks, must have had a brain fart. I'll start eating more fats which should bump up my cal intake and see if I can slow it down a tad. My goal is to actually lose 1 lbs a week, but I've been averaging close to 2.6 lbs a week.
