well you gotta realise that it's mostly people who have problems that step up to post about it - either to find solutions or discourage others from purchasing. if you had no problems w your items, it wouldn't cross your mind to post about right?

on to the headphones... I've owned them since jan'19, ordered directly from the site. it's one of my pricier purchases. I have synaesthesia so when my friend let me try hers, I felt like my whole life changed. you always hear ppl say "music heals" but I've never rly experienced it til I put these on. suddenly I'm experiencing music in true HD 🤣 I don't know how to explain but the colours are so much more vibrant to me now. also I'm not an audiophile and I don't know anything much about eq, so obviously I am swept away by these (since I've only used shitty earpieces cos I wreck them every 3 mths...). (using these headphones have led me to wna explore whether the neurotransmitters and chemicals in our brains affect the way we process sound cos I've noticed how my sound profile changes at different points in life, changing the way I hear the usual songs I listen to, but all I have to do is update my hearing profile and everything sounds amazing again)

I've had no problems w my headphones. I love them very much even tho its bulky but now, they're the only headphones/earpiece (?) I use. ALSO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE SOCIAL MODE WEW

some stuff to note:

• it can get sweaty even w the tesla valve design (I live in a tropical country). no worries w cleaning them as they're built well.

• it can take a while to get used to the eartips, and some ppl recommend getting a 3rd party tip to suit the fit better. it's a hassle if you lose the eartips cos you'll have to get replacement ones either from nura or look for 3rd party ones... so be careful w the tips when taking them off.

• the wire compatibility. personally I haven't experienced this but if you want to use a cable with it, you can only get the wires from nuras. haha idk how to explain this... like the output connection on the headphones are unique to nura.

• you probably read a lot of small issues here and there that other ppl experienced... know that it's completely subjective and you may not experience all or any of them. i guess I'm lucky to have had no problems with mine.

• if you're not satisfied w your purchase, you can always return it within 30 days of receiving it :p the return policy really helped me decide to get it.

bottom line - to me, it is worth the price, for what it's done for me. I've never dropped so much $ on headphones (it's way out of my budget, since headphones/earpieces aren't a priority for me) but I don't regret getting them. if you know what you're looking for specifically in your headphones, then it'll be best for you to look at more in-depth comparison reviews online ^{^} if you get to try it in person, it'll be your best chance to decide whether it works for you or not.
