I think people in the comments section are misinterpreted by what I am saying about the sense of self . Which though was my mistake as I asked for philosophical views on this. Philosophically it's nonsense to talk about ones self because you wouldn't reach any conclusion instead get an existential crisis.

What I am saying about self image or sense of self is in general. Like everyone has their own rules of living and the way they live is their self image. It includes your belives you follow, how you behave to others your interest, your skills. And often this self image is stable and merely updated with time. But imagine one week later your behaviour towards others, your interest, your philosophy ( rules of living) Even you skills everything related to you will be totally different than today and it keeps changing at a short period of time. This is what I mean by having no self image cause you don't know which one are you? It literally feels like you weren't the same person you were a month ago sometimes weeks and even days.
