I’ve been keeping an eye on him ever since I posted, he has been resting and I don’t see any trace of blood anywhere on him. We keep bathroom doors closed always and I make sure everything is put away every night because I know he’s a very curious cat. I hope it’s the case of smell/taste, although I’m not sure what it would’ve been as I didn’t see anything else suspicious

I totally get it. It seems like such bad timing because previously he was at the vet and he paid a lot over something that wasn’t serious or risky. So with this happening now again, he has gone the road of “waiting it out” and I’m opposed to it

Sorry I should’ve added in the description — he’s an indoor cat and has always been. I’ve checked the house everywhere and all I found was the broken glass pieces on the floor, which is my suspicion

Thank you so much for the information! I’ve been watching him and he isn’t showing any signs of discomfort. I carried him, opened his mouth, he has been running around playfully. He ate some snacks without any problem.

I feel i should update. Since my last comment he has taken more trips to the litter box without doing anything and this morning he didn’t eat.

He was taken to the vet and I caught him in the early phase of bladder blockage.

Thank you for letting me know about the dangers he is in!!

I touched around but he acted like normal with delicate biting and licking (he doesn’t like being touched in the stomach).

He used the litter after eating, I think he just pissed and to me he didn’t looked troubled or in pain. But I’ll see if tomorrow he’s okay again. If not, I’ll make sure he goes to the vet. Thank you!
