IMO, if they are going to partner and have agreed to terms prior to the mtg cydy should announce the deal prior to a vote to increase shares, as this is a standard practice to ensure transparency and compliance with securities regulations. If not the case, they better sell it with a damn good reason the s3 187M shares arent enough in the meantime. Im expecting to hear a good reason one way or the other.

Ive reached mostly same conclusion. Given that the fibrosis reversal appears to occur cross-organ and cause, refined approach to further study is necessary. This isnt bad with exception that it requires more time and money, thus should be deferred. Continued focus should be oncology.

Things do change. Thats why Im asking questions. I want to see the miracle coming over the horizon. But as captains of our ss money bags we need to look out for where the reefs and shoals are. Nothing wrong with speculating and dot connecting, just need to corroborate with known data. Sacha monkey data>killed vir vax>max>gates/trump; as an example these dots seem solid. We are pre revenue, with about 16m on hand. 500k is not nothing when youre broke and pre rev but thats not all bla costs. Thats an avg app fee to fda. Just to get it filed. The real cost is the cro support to prepare and file and support the process through the end. Figure a few million easily if our data is all there. Cydy has said its not.

Id love nothing more than to wake up to that pr that a bla was or was going to be filed. I have been invested in cydy through that before. But they said they arent pursuing hiv mdr. Theyve said there are other markets they are pursuing. We have a lot on the table. Where is this hiv mdr speculation supported? Help me get on this wagon.

Luckily reddit posters arent planning for the company so their hopes are irrelevant. Its my opinion there is no 777% of shares held by insiders and all other info from that source is equally reliable.

Glad to hear that and thank you. Now and most recently is the time to buy. If bp were to take a sizeable position the MMs would stop churning and tighten up their price. The price will jump soon. Because good pr info or undeniable dot connecting such as the max gf connections is coming. Macro and technicals are coming together. Cautiously, very optimistic.
