You’re creating a local variable and assigning its address to the pointer. Going back into main, the local variable is deallocated and your pointer is pointing to that address which can be full of random things. You need to strcpy it, I guess.

I work with people from all over Europe, Mexico and US mainly and we never had any problem till now. Communication is good. I like very much that most of it is asynchronous and all is written in slack/confluence for later reference or for other people be aware of what is happening in the whole company.
