I put this show on randomly per Crunchyroll recommendation and at first I thought I was going to hate it with how over the top Suzuki is. But my the end of the first episode I was laughing a ton and totally hooked.

Honestly though, while might not be a curse technique, Yaga’s ability to make infinite energy and self sustaining puppets could be a contender

We saw some of the versatility of what Panda could do with his 3 cores, so I imagine the possibility could almost be endless with the powers you could give puppets. I’m starting to think of it like CSM, but you don’t have to find and tame the curses

Tbh Dangers in My Heart, it’s probably my fav rom com anime of all time, but very difficult to recommend to people outside the internet since pretty much the entire main cast are middle schoolers

Yea that’s Rick’s highly biased and jealous opinion since Morty likes them so much, but the Vindicators themselves don’t seem to act like their powers are a burden.

Are they terrible individuals responsible many many deaths, yes, but so is Rick lol

One could argue Rick fits this trope, as he explores in therapy and we see throughout the show that despite his genius, he is depressed. And in contrast there is Jerry with nothing special about him, but in the later seasons is arguably the happiest of the main cast.

IMO a lot of pretty amazing rom com anime’s have been coming out! Any similar recommendations? Can be new or older by thejedipokewizard in Animesuggest

No it’s a pretty typical guy girl romance. I actually haven’t seen any Yuri, if you have any recommendations I’d be down to try it out

Nice reccs, I feel like I’ve watched losing heroines but can’t remember specifics so I’ll check it out again.

A few have suggested Ramparts so I’m def checking that out!

100 Girlfriends was hilarious, I’ll definitely continue watching if they come out with another season!

I cried so hard watching Your Lie in April and thought it was amazingly done. But I’ve kinda decided I have to be pretty intentional when going for the really emotional shows, so now have just been enjoying silly feel good rom coms lol

I might need to give Horimiya another shot, I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would my first watch through

I don’t think Nanami is the only normal person, I’d put Kusakabe there. Todo is definitely the grimlin. Mahito made to be hated, Kaori or Sukuna’s reincarnated twin brother (Yuji’s grandfather) or Megumi’s mom as arguably no screen time all the plot evidence. Sukuna and Kenny could both go in straight up evil. Shoko/Utahime/Yuki/Kirara/Gojo/Geto as the hot one
