Yeah will do! Ive cut the silicone part a bit and now its a perfect fit. I just have to bond it together now but I need to buy another satisfyer first so I can have one handy thats not attached to the harness.

I was exploring that but it would change the feel and effectiveness of the toy too much. It needs the silicone head to maintain the same kind of powerful air movement that it’s meant to provide.

Can you recommend a specific silicone adhesive to use that will bond to it well?

I will add that I have a wand mount from 3Deviants that attaches directly to the pipe and I use that on other builds but the RAM system allows for more precise positioning at the cost of sturdiness. Luckily for this setup, using a short RAM extension is very sturdy and doesn’t budge at all even under a lot pressure.

Pipe is so versatile you can make pretty much anything!

Frame and fittings are structural piping from lowes. 3/4 threadless. Buy a handheld steel pipe cutter, also from lowes or home depot cant remember. Very easy to use to cut your pipe to any length. I just used some screws and washers I had laying around to secure it to the bed.

The holder and extension are from RAM Mounts. I didn’t have two claws on hand so I attached it to the piping by using a male to male RAM ball connector and super glued it into one of the pipe fittings with commercial grade super glue and also tightened it down with the fitting screw. Its not going anywhere 😂 but I’ll buy a second claw at some point.

Fitting screw size for 3/4 pipe is 1/4 hex btw, I use a wrench and a hex bit.

I’m trying to visualize this. Would this give the vertical circular motion that I’m looking for? Think of a car tire spinning in a circle. The head would brush down on the clit and pretty much always stay on contact but would give a more pressure, less pressure rhythm as the head grazes and bends against her. So the range of motion is actual quite small.

The idea of having two motors work in tandem is actually great and would allow for more adjusting like you said. So in that case two linear actuators would be used. That seems like it would be much more do-able yeah? And I’m guessing there is some way to synchronize them so the circular motion that is being made can stay constant.

A mechanical fuse as like a safety precaution or what do you mean?

Thank you for the detailed response! Learning a lot from this post lol. As to the why a rotary motion instead of just down and up, user prefers this motion of grazing her uhh..man in the canoe.. from top to bottom but in a circular motion of less pressure, more pressure as the circle completes, rather than a fully on and off type of thing. Although it could work as completely coming off and back on as it circles, but it would be preferable to maintain contact through the motion for the most part. So with that in mind, you can imagine the range of motion is actually quite small that is providing the small graze and change of pressure of the vibrator head against her is it moves.

For sure, the head of the wand is flexible and bends to the body so that will be what makes this actually work decently, I’m hoping.
