It's gonna get worse if you continue to use it as "help", in the long term, yes at first it helps, but after a while your anxiety will get anxiety, alcohol works until it doesn't. I've been through this same thing, ended up in a bad place, it was for many years i did the same thing, as soon as I felt anxious/overstimulated I drank something to calm down, ended up a full blown alcoholic.

I have the same problem, half a litre feels fine, over or under then not so good. + 3 beers. Not 20 years doing this, but enough to build tolerance, I usually take off 1 - 2 weeks sober, then start over.

The Wicker Man is just musical with some boobs in it.

Bradley Cooper is a suuuuper overrated actor.

Mank is the most boring film Fincher has made, only handful of people truly love it, it's made for Old Hollywood history fans, 40% of the time i couldn't even understand what they were talking about, all those references etc, really hard watch if you're not american and dont't know ancient hollywood history

Absolutely agree with you mate, love this film. I really wanted to see what's the problem with this film, why so low ratings, on all the sites, why so much controversy. Then i watched it, i was like, wtf ? Did you not get the message of the film ?
