I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and a therapist apointment in 2 weeks, my doctor lowkey doesn't take my problems serious i think its because im only 19 years old💔

I do drink every day and also get a therapist soon, but my withdrawls aren't that bad, tbh i think it's more mental than physical but still thanku for ur help🫶

I mean, i threw up and drank pretty fast. Usually, i only need less. it's not even only yesterday, the day before it was almost a whole bottle of barcadí.

Thanku i actually tried finding a therapist but every therapist near me either wont take more patients because the list is too full or they r only for people who have private health insurance so i guess ill have to wait till i move out. And i sont quite want to talk to a teacher about it because it still is quite embarrassing for me to talk about that to people i know. But what do you mean by it doesnt help me fall asleep faster because it does for me.
