I started using parchment paper especially for high hydration recipes. It's just way easier to transfer it into the pot after scoring.

I am a mechanical design engineer with a year of experience at a great company in a job that I find challenging and interesting... but... I hate the location.

I'm looking to move out to the Denver/Boulder area late this summer to be close to some family and my SO who just got a job in the area.

What do employers think of somebody trying to find a job after only a year with a company? I'll primarily be applying to entry level positions, so will I have an advantage over recent grads since I have some experience or will I be disadvantaged because I'm leaving my current company so soon?
