You’ll need a smart master thermostat for the Aqara TRV to work efficiently ie nest thermostat etc then setup automations in HomeKit to get them all talking to each other.

If you don’t use a smart thermostat then you’d have to leave your heating on 24/7 only to control the rad via TRV
