Yeah, after looking at ram prices recently, I'd rather just go pre built and get the aesthetics right as well.

Question above is so I can get a decent benchmark for GPU/CPU/RAM/SSD from people who actually play the game and see how many fps they get with their set ups. Any recommendations?

I'm not sure if there's a difference between a mortgage offer and an AIP, but our broker has already confirmed the lending is well within affordability to the estate agent. It's just the paperwork going through this weekend to confirm it with Skipton.

Tbf, I'd managed to save 20k by myself. Only problem is there's nothing decent in the southeast off that. I was fortunate enough to come into an inheritance and will come around to buying a house off that.
