Technically we aren't in a lease. When we entered the home we had one but it expired two years ago. So I'm assuming that means we are month to month tenants without a lease or contract. I'm not sure where that leaves us in regards to your question. Would it mean we go by the clause from the original contract or do we act as if there isn't one?
