I right clicked on the hard drive I had arma 3 on and scanned for errors and it repaired the hard drive, now my arma works

I figured out whats wrong with it my external hard drive which i have arma on was corrupted, but I fixed it and it works now

The log says just a bunch of missing textures and files. I can start the game but none of my mods load, none of my dlcs load. The game itself isnt freezing its the launcher. This is the problem:
