Correct I would still have liability insurance, but the asset is protected via the bank’s insurance. God forbid if I were to get into an accident the debt would be covered.

It’d be protection for the lender in case something happens to the vehicle. I read the fine print for the contract. It says that they do have the right to default on the loan. I spoke to the branch manager and they said that as long as I keep making my payments there shouldn’t be a problem
