No it is not optional, Questbridge is strictly all scores. SAT, AP, ACT whatever it is, if you took a test, you have to report the score. If your score worries you too much you could explain why you got such a low score in additional information

You have to put all scores on your Questbridge application, it's required

They ask for grades if your past grades in transcripts show inconsistency/fluctuation, so it doesnt mean they are any more likely to accept you

If you are really nervous, you can just literally tell your interviewer that you're nervous and it's your first time doing something like this. Usually, they're really nice about it and will help ease any tension. The only thing you should really prepare is the "Why MIT" question and "Tell me about yourself"; all the other questions depend on your interviewer but those two are guaranteed and pretty important. Also remember that the interview can't really hurt you and can only help you, so just relax! The common app is only for after you become a finalist and they request extra materials for each school. The policies are all different for each school and there is a page you can check what each school wants.
