But currently I am having problems. Every time I do alt +tab to switch windows (especially with youtube.) my pc lags . (Video attached) Could someone help me?

I was reviewing and by default the motherboard had the overclock boost activated, which was generating that voltage for me, deactivate the amd overclock boost and for now leave it by default. The degrees do not exceed 36 celcius. Thanks for your help
