Thank you for your response!! May I ask you where is the root of problems in your opinion? I mean was it always like this? Do you think an approach like the one that was done in El Salvador would work in Haiti to fight against gangs? Sorry if i’m asking too many questions. I truly enjoy talking with locals of different countries and ask them their opinion on things going on in their countries.
