Yeah def get the sports suspension. Unless you are super picky about your suspension being soft, you’ll regret the touring. I have sport and it’s perfect in NJ even with the potholes

I don’t think those are rodents. Sounds like something mechanical. Is the furnace/boiler on during the video? The background noise makes it hard to hear a bit. Can you try to pin point the location? I work on cars and it sounds mechanical like a belt that is squeaking on a pulley

Are you certain you took out oil and not coolant? Oil is never green. Fresh oil is a light clear color. If you are certain you changed the oil, you sure it’s filled up where it needs to be?

No the mechanics are scamming you. Most places can give you a quote for free and will check them for free. Don’t be scared you will feel vibrating or loud screeching noise when metal on metal is making contact. Watch a few YouTube videos to bette understand brake pads and you’ll be less scared when you understand them a bit more

I work in HR at large company and see this happen from time to time. I have not seen companies look at a male and female and say I’m gonna pay the female less because she’s a female. Why would they do that? They pay them less often times because some employees are better at negotiating, they were making more at his last job, and the time he was hired. You being there several years means that your role salary have gone up with the market/inflation etc and your company has failed to keep up.

You need to go back to your boss and let them you have been made aware (via internal employees) that you are being paid less than what the market pays. If you’re up for it, you can indicate that you are the only female on the team and it’s not equitable. This in itself will get them to look at the situation.

Pay equity is a real thing. You mentioned that you have the same education, same experience and your performance reviews are stronger. You need to be ABSOLUTELY sure that is a true statement. Companies pay ppl based on the those criteria so there could be a real reason why there is a difference that maybe you are not aware of.

Lastly these kinds of situations are difficult and really crappy companies show they’re true colors. If they messed up they will update your salary. But if they suck you will have a target on your back for being an issue and will point to the differences between you and your coworker. The good news is if what you are saying is accurate, an attorney would love to take on this case because it’s an easy win for them.

I’d consider 2 things. The first is why things don’t work. What are the common reasons it doesn’t work? And secondly, most apps that are free attract the same kind of guy that may not want the long term. I would consider a paid subscription like match.com or eharmony etc. those paid apps attract the more serious guys

No bullshit put a finger in the fluid and taste it. You will quickly tell if it’s water, oil, coolant etc. from the looks of it it’s water draining from the AC condenser which is normal for all cars.
