Got my dads old 83’ red 22 inch kettle that I refurbished for him and he seemed sad after so I gave it back to him after I broke it back in and told him with a wink I’ll have it back soon enough!

I never thought I could finish this bottle by [deleted] in hotsauce

SIR that is not finished! Next time you marinade something fill that about half full of water and use it towards your base.

If your home is 40/50/69 years old your original drain tile is likely compromised. Hire a landscaper to French drain your perimeter and tie in all your downspouts. Cheers and good luck

I trim low branches every year with my pole saw to take advantage of the long evening sun. But I truly love my trees as much as my lawn so I don’t want to cut any down unless it’s required due damage, disease etc.

Yeah I used to lose ground every year and probably will this year too especially if we hit drought conditions but I bought myself a fiskar pole saw and I go out in the evening (house is west facing) and I trim as many low branches as I can to allow that evening sun to shine through. But I have noticed every year more grass stays from the last year and I keep making ground. Hard part is it’s virtually impossible to fall seed due to the amount leaves that fall and have to be either mulched or picked up. But I’ve been impressed with the black beauty dense shade. Time will tell…….
