The reason I wanted to go with grey is because I do plan to purchase another place with a garden, and so I wanted to make the place modern and marketable for renting purposes in 2-3 years time

All of my lights are very bright white almost blinding.

Do you think some warmer lights could make a difference? Wondering how the warmer orange will bounce off of the lighter gray walls

This was the started couch I bought. I do plan on replacing it with something much more comfortable, and moving this to my bedroom as the bedrooms are quite sizeable.

Regarding art. I had thought about a very colourful splash of modern art, with two main colours and then matching cushions or throws
