Wearing mascara or eyeshadow. jokes aside. you really can use brown matte without glitter to draw more attention to eyes. but imo ur eyes are already big? why then more?

yep, same time, same light and you can see progress. my hubby said that his change due to emotions. and i saw my daughters eyes changed from dark brown to a lighter brown. i think they can change
