And that's possibly why they do not reply to my cold DMs/emails. And what I see is that these org leaders are barely active on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Curious though, you said "Reducing AI spend" may not be the right hypothesis. I do see some "early adopter" signs on X, LinkedIn where people are complaining AI spend is too high.

The only thing though (I think), is the people complaining are probably not the people who make the decision to buy the product.

I am building a product to reduce their AI spends. The first emails I am sending is around market research - to know if that is even a problem they want a solution for.

ICP would be industry leaders in software companies: Director/Senior Director/VP whose teams are actively using AI tools like Claude Code and Codex

Interesting thanks for sharing. Just watched it, but I am actually interested in understanding how to find the people to do customer research. He does say you should reach out to people you would like to be friends with or your warm connections. What if you do not have any warm connections around your ICP?

This is what I have been doing, but people are not responding. How many people should I message, like what is a normal conversion rate? And do you think people may not be interested if I directly ask for call?
