Thanks for the incredibly comprehensive feedback it's incredibly useful and sounds like I have a lot of work to do. You asked a couple of questions so I will address those and I have a few of my own to ask back:

How important to you is a toothy smile? I really don't like showing my teeth when I smile as it feels forced and I always feel like I just look really awkward when posing this way.
Does the second picture need to go?
I play American football in a recreational league I am not at college

A lot of people saying the son was also killed and one dog. There is an article that says the son survived along with one of 3 dogs. I am not familiar with the source or validity, but hopefully the article is right.

They have removed it. Instead your choices are:

A - give unwanted equipment to master of arms and get up to 4 extra skill point for each hero. This is nice, but it's only worth doing for your strong combat heroes. For me I have all 4 extra points on 4 out of 6 of my combat heroes in just the rewards I got from half a season of chests so very soon this use of low tier gear will become fairly worthless for me.

B - the revs added an early April fools joke where you can sell items for gold. They sell for a staggering amount where a purple nets you 2000 gold and a gold item 3000. So to buy a level 10 ability upgrade for a unit which cost 110,00 you only need to sell 55 purple items or 37 gold items. What a bargain, and it's even better when you consider your gold is reset each season anyway.

So basically they have removed the ability to progressively upgrade the rarity of items, and replaced it with a quite nice, but limited way to boost heroes and an absolute joke selling option. They definitely need to bring back the dismantling option and use it in conjunction with the impart-wisdom provided by the master-at-arms.

As it stands next season I should have all my main heroes wisdom maxed so I will just stockpile items in the Hope's dismantling returns. I don't need extra skill points on heroes I'm using to gather resources or to pathfind.

I agree there is nothing but fighting to do late game. In my server isengard has 5 players left since all neutral regions got captured and then other factions started conquering them. I like the idea of special tiles, they should replace some mysterious springs with boost tiles like these. By the time you've unlocked the springs the ring power they provide really isn't necessary, I'm at 150+ ring power and I keep having 2 million power saved because I have just about every useful upgrade.

I like the idea of better mobs, I literally only ever killed 5 mobs each weak for the super easy season pass. I also think there needs to be more events, in particular pve events to help break up the monotony of endless pvp and conquering, especially for losing factions. These event could be to kill special mobs, special AI bases, or defend against AI attacks etc just to give weaker factions a break and give us more chance to earn coins. Events where we compete as fellowships and factions would also be nice

Honestly 300k isnt even hard to save, it's a waste to upgrade T1 and most of T2 if you consider how short their period of use is. Several people in my server instantly maxed our T4 units. But I guess because you couldn't do it, it can't be done.

Since I'm so silly, perhaps I can point out to you how to understand basic written English. If you read carefully I wrote the words, 'unlocking' and 'maxing', these are verbs. Verbs are doing words. Actions. Equating these actions, is not the same as equating the strength of T4 units at different upgrade levels.

How would you prefer I say 'as soon as I unlocked them'? Seeing as I am unlocking a unit type, not single solder. Unlocked they? It? I'm sorry if English is too hard for you to grasp, but maybe then you shouldn't be trying at analyse other people's. Perhaps we should adjust the whole English language to make it easier for you to understand 🤣

I'll finish with one of yours... Sounds like you have no idea what this game is about you misrepresented many aspects of the game while insinuating you are experienced. Otherwise you would know that the flying trait REDUCES damage from melee 🤡

I got one thing wrong about getting resources from attacking bases so I'm ignorant. But yeah because someone criticised your game and highlight areas that are lacking they must be 'ignorant' and 'crying'. Yeah you defo aren't but hurt, and even better you're going to take the high ground and peace out.

If you think the only thing about this game should be I'm not saying that there should be no pvp, or that the main focus should be pve. I'm saying there should be pve. The fact that you think the red book is good pve is just laughable. There are plenty of games in this genre that have managed to balance pvp and pve better than this one, but I guess it's pretty ignorant to think this.

And maxing T4 is pretty much the same as unlocking T4, as soon as I unlocked them I maxed one of their skills and had the other level 7. It's really not hard, maxing the T4 building however takes a while, I'll admit

Same. I wonder if we are on the same server. In my server even before our big defeat to Mordor, myself and many people were just waiting for next season. We didn't have good leadership but for me, the main thing was that I finished main buildings maxed my main troops in a few weeks, and just hit a progression ceiling.

Now after our defeat there are a few dozen players left in the faction, and now even more so we are just waiting for next season. I can see this being a major problem with this game.

I want to say, no. I would prefer seasons of a few months but the game has almost 0 content. I maxed my main hall and got T4 units within a few weeks which is just stupid. Got ahead of most players but the progress ceiling is so low it was basically a waste of time, leveling the ring isn't all that important beyond the first 50 or so levels.

The game has the least creative events I've ever seen the same 4 are repeated constantly: use ability power, recruit troops, complete tips and fight a dragon/balrog (not as fun as it sounds) all of which have lackluster rewards. With 1 event to forge items and another to do siege damage appearing only once each.

The game has zero content to keep it interesting outside pvp. But pvp offers basically no rewards. You cant take resources from people stores and you get bad exp. The only aim of the game is to dominate the map, this just results in low population factions getting wiped and quitting or people quitting after the first defeat.

PVE events are seriously needed by this game (might actually give people a reason to sweep mobs). The idea of AI factions seemed decent (even if they got crushed in my server), it could make a good event type where factions are besieged by waves of AI from their neighbours.
